...the marriages that we have attended...

these few years were the season of communion, marriages and weddings. we have attended numerous wedding dinners, church weddings, many "yam sengs" and even being emcees for one of our friends.

now fast forward to 2 - 3 years later, some have had given birth to little ones, whereas for some.. sad to say, not all of them are as happy/blissful as how they were when we attended their weddings. instead of tears of joy and laughter, it became tears of sadness and disappointment

in fact, 2 couples are at the brink of divorce, one due to infidelity, whereas the other, dishonesty to each other.

as much as to much disbelief that all of our friends wont live "Happily Ever After"

i have attended another friend's wedding today

so what would constitute a successful marriage? bounds of forgiveness? understanding? effort? communication? but how much is enough? how much can we take before we should finally call it quits? how can we win our spouses back if they have strayed and have found someone new?

"Ingredients: 100% Love, Care, Respect, Trust, Faith, Hope and Fidelity"

Just have to say that a very good foundation of Christian faith

im not saying that Christians will have wonderful and successful marriages lives, just that it will be a better bet..
